Ted's Best Carnival Beach Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms & conditions.

2. Only one entry per entrant accepted. Each entry must have a "beach" theme.

3. This competition commences 19th January 2010 and all entries must be received by 5pm EST 20th February 2010. The winner will be announced by 27th February 2010.

4. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be judged by a panel of experts who will determine the winner in their absolute discretion.

5. Winners will be notified by email by 27th January 2010 and will be named and featured on the promoters web site.

6. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Entry is only open to Australian residents over 18 years of age.

8. Promoter’s employees and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in this competition.

9. No responsibility accepted for late or misdirected email.

10. The total prize pool consists of (First Prize) 1 x Panasonic Lumix FT1 valued at $449.95. Total value $449.95

11. Entrants become eligible participants to win 1 x Panasonic Lumix FT1 Digital Camera after uploading a digital photo at www.teds.com.au/photocontest

12. Please allow 28 days for delivery of prize.

13. Subject to any written direction given under Reg. 37 of the lottery and gaming Regulations 1993 (SA) ,if a prize is not claimed within 3 months of the date the winner is announced the winner forfeits all rights to receive such a prize and another winner will be determined by the panel of judges.

14. The promoter accepts no responsibility for variation in prize value.

15. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

16.The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

17. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which is not appropriate for public display or which breaches these terms and conditions.

18. Liability for any tax on the prize won by the winner is the sole responsibility of the winner.

19. All entries may be used and or published by Ted's Camera Store for promotional purposes however copyright remains with the photographer.

20. The promoter respects the privacy of all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and its privacy policy. The promoters’ privacy policy may be viewed at teds.com.au. The promoter collects claimants’ personal information in order to conduct the competition.

21.  Copyright of the entire image (before and after any manipulation) must be held by the entrant. Ted's Camera Store reserves the right to request confirmation of copyright.
